About us

We are based in Ayrshire, Scotland and fully licensed by North Ayrshire Council (BR/014).

I have always been an animal lover and have only ever known a life revolved around them. When I left school I went to college to study animal care where my practical placement was in a dog grooming salon, on completing my qualification I was offered a job in the groomers where I worked for several years before taking on a job in Pets at Home which I left when I was offered my dream job working for the SCOTTISHSPCA. My work with them was so rewarding and as you can imagine I gained so much experience. Sadly the job was leaving me with very limited time with my own animals which not only include my beloved dogs but horses, goats and cats too. So after several wonderful years with the SSPCA I decided to take a step back and help my husband on the running of our equestrian yard which then led me to have the time to start my breeding journey.
 
Our first Dachshund was actually a rescue - Daisy. Who sadly is no longer with us but as soon as we welcomed her in to our family all those years ago my family & I were immediately absolutely besotted with the breed. They are a seriously special, addictive breed and once you have been lucky enough to have one you will understand what I mean. I wouldn’t be without them now.

Myself and my husband live in the beautiful Ayrshire countryside, surrounded by acres of rolling hills and our beautiful animals. They are our whole world and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
